devote the time and effort necessary to learn the business. Careers in

Successfully complete a FREC-approved pre-licensing course for sales
associates consisting of 63 classroom-hours and covering the topics
required by the FREC. The course is valid for licensure purposes for two
years after the course completion date. Licensees with a permanent
physical may qualify for a correspondence pre-licensing course if unable,
due to a permanent physical disability, to attend the site where the
course is conducted.

You will have to submit a completed Application, fingerprint card, and
appropriate fee. You may submit this package prior to completing the
school.
At the end of the course you will have to pass the Florida Real Estate
Sales Associate examination with a grade of at least 75. You can become
active immediately after passing the test by signing up with a Brokerage
firm prior to submitting your Application.
